About Us

The Approach

My approach is truly centered around each client’s specific needs. This means sessions can always look different. I offer sessions through Zoom calls and in-person. Beyond that, sessions can include conversation, goal setting, developing coping skills, and stress tolerance. Clients struggling with eating disorders sessions can be in the form of meal support, going out for a meal together, grocery shopping, clothes shopping etc. I offer specialized yoga for mental wellness/eating disorders to clients as well to guide them in adopting mindfulness skills

My approach encourages vulnerability and authenticity. First trust has to be built in the relationship between coach and client. Then I can help each client, through various modalities, to develop the skills and support needed to challenge the beliefs and behaviors that are disrupting their life. This inevitably helps the client develop trust in self.

I believe reaching out is one of the most imperative skills for each of us to have because connection to one another is not only healing but essential. Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching

Recovery coaching is growing in the treatment of eating disorders. Coaching is not therapy but works in conjunction with the traditional treatment team. Get access to text support when life feels triggering between sessions, One hour private sessions and 35 minute meal support sessions. Services are offered individually or monthly packages.

Our work together will include:

  • Exploring your true values
  • Use of CBT, DBT, ACT
  • Development of healthy coping skills
  • Body Acceptance
  • Self-Care
  • Challenging diet culture and the “thin ideal”
  • Use of HAES (Health At Every Size) and All Foods Fit models
  • Reflective assignments
  • Redevelop and redefine your mind, body, soul relationship
One hour private session
35 Min Meal/Snack Support
Monthly Package A (includes 1 weekly meal support and 1 weekly one hour coaching session)
Monthly Package B (includes 1 weekly meal support and 1 weekly one hour session, 2 monthly yoga/mindfulness sessions)
Custom Monthly Package (Based on the amount of support you need at this time ie. daily, 3x a week etc.)

Recovery coaching for loved ones

Eating Disorders are complex and can have you feeling like you are walking on eggshells. You are exactly where you need to be. Together we will explore ways for you to navigate being a support person and how to care for yourself in regard to being in relationship with someone struggling.

Our work together will include:

  • Learn about your loved one’s eating disorder
  • Explore techniques for you to best support your loved one
  • Your own self care as the care taker
  • Understand what you are able to help with and what needs professional help
  • Learn how to stop walking on eggshells

Life Coaching

I am here to support you through all that comes with life. Although times can be tough, I want to hold a space for you to show up as your authentic self, be vulnerable about what’s happening for you and know that it is safe to do so in the space we have together. Through curiosity and comfort I will push you outside your norm to explore new perspectives and alternative coping strategies all the while holding you with support. We are all on our own journeys in this life, but connection to tribe and community, reaching out, and getting your needs met are universally key. As your Life Coach, I am here to hold up the mirror for you, helping you recognize what feels like it is working, what feels authentic and good and help you cope with and navigate what does not. With compassion, I will guide you but I will tell you the hard truths and give you the nudge you may need sometimes to explore, be curious, make commitments and grow!

Looking at our challenges in life through the lens of the soul can be a powerful force in growth and the widening of perspective. This is the foundation that guides our work together. Whether you are looking to learn and deepen your spiritual practice or you are seeking spiritual guidance in navigating the obstacles in your life, this is the type of coaching for you! Being deeply rooted into spiritual beliefs can be incredibly impactful in finding meaning in life, feeling fulfilled, finding purpose, understanding what is happening around you and developing a sense of self.
